Uno has been in the around for several years. We began operating as a Design studio in 2020, specializing in various types of contemporary spaces. We like delivering unique and timeless single family homes,  Villas & Multi family designs.

We provide clients with several completed design options for ease of choice, to reduce the time it takes to actualize their desired spaces and to construct them. In our catalogue there are several affordable home options to choose from. There are Family homes, single's or couple's spaces, all with the options to expand for future needs or convenience. We allow the flexibility to make adjustments, to add your personal preferences to designs, and to ensure it is suitable for its intended site and context.

To ensure our clients are well taken care of, we provide services such as Measured surveys of existing & As-built buildings, Architectural drawings, construction & Engineering drawings for submission to municipal councils; in collaboration with other consultants who we may recommend if you require their services.

Browse our catalogue and our Gallery, to view pervious works and design options for your own projects. An evaluation can be done upon request to ensure both site and designs are coherent. Purchases of architectural & engineering drawing packages (after being adapting to meet your site, and building guidelines) can be made from our catalogue which will then be delivered to you, along with a soft copy.
