Purchases of Floor Plans will include a package consisting of Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical & Engineering drawings. After choosing your desired design and making your purchase the drawings will be tailored to suit your site using the information you provide, given that it is current and accurate.

The documents required for this process are: Surveyor's Report, Topographical survey, Land Title (proof of ownership) for floor plan amendments. However to continue the process to the submission stage at a municipal council other documents will need to be provided.

To submit applications to a municipal council in the absence of a registered title a certified copy of either off the following will be acceptable: Probate will, Deed of gift/Conveyance, Letter of authorization from owner stamped and signed by a justice of the peace or a notary public, sales agreement or letter from attorney or government agency for land settlement. Other required documents include a certificate of tax payment and a letter from NWC if connection to sewer main is to be the method of sewage disposal.
